FOOD VENDORS APPLY
FAIRY & ARTS FESTIVAL 

Thank  you for your interest in being a food vendor at The Fairy & Arts Festival Please read through these guidelines and click on the button below to apply. 

  • ANTICIPATED ATTENDANCE 3500 

  • We have a limited number of assigned food spaces for the festival and want to offer festival goers a nice variety of choices.   Fairy themed food options are very welcome.

  • We will be accepting food truck, booths and pushcarts vendors.   THIS IS A RAIN OR SHIINE EVENT.

  • EARLY BIRD FEE OF $200 UNTIL MARCH 15TH

  • The fees are:  Food Truck $250  10x10 Booth  $250  Pushcart $125

  • We prefer food vendors who are self contained as we will not have electricity available. If you have to use a generator it is preferred to be on board and if not on board then they need to be as quiet as possible.

Once you apply, the Fairy Festival Organizers will review your application

Upon Approval:   

You will receive a status email with next steps

Approved vendors will need to add The Fairy & Arts Festival to their insurance

Approved vendors will need to obtain a permit from the Town of Easthampton that is a Temporary Food Permit $60

Temporary Food Application ( Includes Farmers Market)

Approved vendors will need to obtain an inspection from the Board of Health & have a Fire Inspection

Proof of Insurance, Inspection & Permit are required to be sent to festival organizers via email @ fairyfest2026@gmail.com  60 days prior to the festival
