Fairy & Arts Festival Frequently Asked Questions

 

Where and when it s the Easthampton Fairy and Arts Festival?

The Fairy & Arts Festival is Saturday September 12th 2026 at Nonotuck Park in Easthampton

We've pulled together the most common questions we could anticipate and have provided this FAQ Guide. Please feel encouraged to contact us should you have any other questions. Thank you in advance for your interest.

 

“Where can I buy tickets and are tickets available the day of the event?

Tickets are available on the website www.fairyandartsfestival.com. Due to the event capacity we encourage festival goers to buy tickets ahead of time as we cannot guarantee tickets will be available at the day of the festival.

 

"Is this event open to everyone or is it just for kids?"

The Fairy and Arts Festival was set up to be enjoyed by people of all ages. Young and old are welcome to enjoy this creative, artistic and imaginative event and discover the inherent magic of nature and the special activities and guests we have put together.

 

“Do people come in costume?”

Yes! We encourage everyone to dress like fairies as we will be attempting the Guiness Book of World Record for the most people dressed as fairies in one location. The costume that will be eligible for setting the record will be a tutu, wings and a wand.   We will also be selling wings, wands and tutus in our festival shop.

 

"Where is the best place to park?

We have worked it out so that most of the parking spaces would be at the Easthampton High School and there is some overflow parking in the park itself.

"What is the refund policy if I am not able to attend or the weather isn't lovely?" 

This is Rain or Shine Event and The Fairy & Arts Festival depends on the generosity of its supporters, sponsors and funds raised prior to the festival. With this consideration in mind, we do not issue refunds.

 

“Are all of the activities free?”

On the ticketing page you will see what activities and exhibits are part of the general admission ticket.  We will also be offering a VIP ticket that has special privileges that are also outlined on the ticketing page.

 

"Are pets allowed?"

Due to the concentration of visitors and small children, we do not allow pets to accompany guests at the Fairy & Arts Festival. However, service animals are permitted. 

 

"Will there be food available?" 

There will be food for sale from local vendors and food trucks. Please bring cash. Visitors are also welcome to pack a picnic.

"Where are the Fairy Houses located?"

The Fairy Houses will be located in the Enchanted Forest area of the festival.

​

“ Is smoking allowed?”

No, smoking is not allowed on the festival grounds. If you need to smoke, you must do so inside your vehicle or off of the festival grounds.

 

“Is camping allowed?”

No camping is not allowed because this is a one day event.

 

“Is there a public bathroom?”

Yes.

 

“Will alcohol be available at the Fairy & Arts Festival?”

No alcohol will not be available at the festival, and we ask that festival goers do not bring alcohol into the festival.

“Are knives and firearms allowed at the festival?”

No knives, firearms or weapons of any sort are allowed as this is a family event.

​

"Is there Fairy & Arts Festival ADA compliant?   

Yes, the festival is ADA compliant.  Individuals with walking devices and or wheelchairs should have no problem navigating.
